Job Summary
The Director CGS Partner Strategy and Enablement reports to the Sr Director, Federal Strategic Product Portfolio. He/She plays a critical role in helping drive the BU's growth and will be responsible for assisting leadership team in developing and implementing strategic partner roadmap. They will focus on prioritization of relationships, overseeing onboarding process and assist vendor management, procurement, legal and Ops in analyzing and managing overall partner effectiveness. The Director will lead the relationship management of Public Sector's largest and most important Vendors and manage the overall end-to-end relationship with these partners. This includes P&L and the operations of the BU throughout the lifecycle (quoting, installation, service and billing). He/She will closely partner with leadership of the cross-functional teams responsible for these functions on a day-to-day basis. The Director will have overall responsibility of using data / KPIs to help manage internal and external operations performance. This will involve setting targets, measuring achievement of targets, deep dives into issues and addressing them.Job Description
