We are seeking a Project Engineer to help analyze and improve processes within production environments. This role will involve driving process improvements, managing trials, and ensuring the startup of new production lines. You will collaborate closely with production managers, material planners, and maintenance technicians to optimize operations and improve overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze production data and implement process improvements.
Develop and implement plans for new line startups and assist with equipment purchases.
Lead and coordinate safety and operational training for new equipment and processes.
Provide technical guidance to maintenance and process teams.
Manage and maintain automated systems (PLC).
Act as a point of contact for customer-related process improvements and product line development.
Assist with pricing, throughput, and yield analysis for existing and new products.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and PLC programming.
Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and handle confidential information.
