Senior Financial Analyst at Korn Ferry in Alpharetta, Georgia

Job Description:

• Communicate financial and operational results to key partners
• Provide proactive insights and recommendations to drive operational improvements and additional value to the organization
• Create presentations, reports, and other materials that effectively convey financial results to diverse audiences
• Conduct training sessions for non-financial staff to enhance their understanding of financial principles and practices
• Build strong relationships with various business units to understand their financial needs and provide tailored financial insights
• Perform monthly financial analysis on our operations in an effort to optimize profitability
• Investigate emerging trends and communicate potential impact for both Operations and Finance
• Interpret performance metrics and propose solutions to business obstacles
• Ad hoc analysis for finance and operations management leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar financial position
• Highly interpersonal with the ability to build relationships throughout the organization
• Experience in financial statement analysis and understanding of basic accounting concepts
• Ability to communicate financial results to non-financial personal
• Strong verbal/written communication skills. Comfortable communicating and collaborating across many levels within different business units
• Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with a high degree of intellectual curiosity
• Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups, models, and pivot tables
• Proficient with Business Intelligence programs (Power BI preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• Detail oriented with a focus on ensuring accuracy of sensitive financial information
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively manage time
• Willingness to travel
