The Director of Finance for Professional Services and Customer Support will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategy for our professional services and customer support departments. Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for professional services and customer support departments.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a SaaS or technology company.
Strong understanding of financial processes and systems, including ERP and financial reporting tools.
Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
In-depth understanding of professional services and customer support businesses, including their financial dynamics and key performance indicators.
