The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient infrastructure and reliability solutions that support our critical financial services and applications. This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of SRE and a strong background in fintech environments.

We are looking for Engineers who have:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
Strong understanding of networking, security, and database management.
Advanced certifications in cloud computing or SRE practices.
Experience with AI/ML in financial services.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in fintech.
Develop and execute the overall SRE strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological advancements.
Lead the architecture design and improvement of the company's infrastructure and reliability practices.
Architect and manage scalable, high-performance infrastructure systems that support fintech applications and services.
Ensure systems are designed for high availability, reliability, and performance.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous deployment and integration.
Establish and enforce best practices for incident management, on-call rotations, and post-mortems.
Drive the adoption of automation tools and practices to improve system reliability and developer productivity.
Develop metrics and monitoring systems to track system performance and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with software engineering, product, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and performance optimization.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).

Qualification and Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
10+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
Proven experience in the fintech industry, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and requirements.
