This is a part-time role for an Administration Assistant. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general office operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Previous experience in an administrative role and an accountant office is a plus
