Role Description

Hilton Grand Vacations is growing and expanding to Stamford, CT and surrounding area, we are excited to offer this tremendous opportunity!!

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing/Sales minded individuals who pose outgoing personalities and that are financially motivated to work with guests inside Hilton branded hotels. We provide a concierge service by recommending dining and attractions while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations through an offer of a highly discounted vacation package to one of our destinations. Qualified candidates must enjoy interacting with guests and an eagerness for upward mobility. Top pay (guaranteed wages plus an excellent bonus structure), earning potential of $80k+, top earners last year exceeded $130k, excellent benefits, flexible schedule, and growth potential. Candidate must live in the Stamford area and ready to start as soon as possible.

Qualifications
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service, enthusiastically and consistently engaging with guests and potential buyers
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to empathize with potential buyers and build relationships easily
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable making presentations and leading group meetings
  • A self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in the vacation ownership, timeshare, and/or real estate industry is a plus
