As they expand our operations, they are seeking a Project Analyst to contribute to the next phase of our development journey. This role will involve deal analysis, project management, and budget oversight, alongside conducting in-depth market research to support our growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis:
Gather critical components for financial deal evaluations.
Develop and update proformas during the predevelopment phase to analyze various scenarios.
Clearly communicate business assumptions and scenario outcomes.
Budget Oversight:
Collaborate with the project accountant to ensure proper allocation of expenses and accurate job cost utilization.
Present project budget updates in development meetings.
Market Research & Collaboration:
Conduct market analysis to inform project strategies.
Engage with stakeholders, consultants, and real estate professionals to maintain strong relationships and align on project goals.
Qualifications & Education
Minimum:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., finance, real estate, or property development) or equivalent professional experience (2-4 years).
Preferred:
Master's degree in finance, real estate, or land/property development.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Office 365, including advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Ability to interpret and execute instructions in various formats.
