What you'll do:
We're seeking a Ecommerce Marketplace Conversion Product Manager to focus on optimizing our consumer marketplace. Your primary goal will be driving higher conversion rates-turning visitors into customers who book experiences through our platform. You'll achieve this by leveraging design enhancements, A/B testing, and customer-centric feature rollouts. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will work cross-functionally with SEO, design, and development teams to deliver impactful results. You'll oversee a team of developers and lead the charge in building a product roadmap that aligns with key performance indicators (KPIs), buyer trends, and competitive insights.

? Drive bookings and purchases by enhancing user experiences across our consumer marketplace.

? Collaboration & Oversight:
? Lead a team of developers to implement new features and updates.
? Partner with SEO specialists, designers, and other departments to maximize site performance.
? Ensure design, content, and technical updates align with business goals and user needs.
? Market Expertise:
? Stay informed about customer buying habits within the outdoor recreation space.
? Translate industry knowledge into actionable strategies for growth across multiple verticals (fishing, hunting, scuba diving, skiing, etc.)
Qualifications:
Required:
? Proven experience in product management for consumer marketplace platforms.
? Deep understanding of web design, modern UX practices, and conversion funnel strategies.
? Experience with A/B testing tools and solutions.
? Familiarity with customer buying behaviors, particularly in the outdoor recreation or experience sectors.
