About You:
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, and demonstrates a strong ability to read, analyze and understand CRE contracts (such as lease and purchase agreements), draft proposals and letters of intent to lease or purchase commercial property, as well as a strong financial understanding, with the ability to perform analysis in Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate is also detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Your written and oral communication skills are exceptional, and you excel at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in software solutions such as CoStar, LandVision, MS Office Suite, and Google products is required, or you can quickly learn and implement them effectively.
Job Overview:
The Transaction Manager ('TM') is responsible for supporting the team in executing work related to client lease and purchase transactions, as well as pre-transaction market research. In addition, the TM will collaborate with the team to create marketing materials, client deliverables, and presentation decks. The position requires a detail-oriented and competent CRE professional who can execute on complex transactions, and provide strategic insights based on contracts, financial analysis, market research.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial analyses using proprietary internal models, including cash flow modeling, cap rate sensitivity, lease comparisons, property valuation assessments and more.
Document Coordination: Draft, review, and manage contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and other transaction-related documents.
Due Diligence: Oversee due diligence process, tracking key dates and buyer and seller responsibilities, title reviews, environmental and other risk assessments.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the liaison between clients, brokers, attorneys, or other key stakeholders.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive transaction status updates and financial reports to clients and brokerage team.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, property values, and lease and sales comparables.
Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to company policies, industry regulations, or other legal requirements such as out of state brokerage compliance.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to produce high-quality client reports, marketing materials, and presentation decks.
Process Optimization: Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, ensuring accountability and efficiency in managing client files and transaction processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate.
Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field.
Excellent understanding of basic real estate fundamentals, contracts, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in CoStar, LandVision, ESRI, MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite and Google products.
Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.

What We Offer:
