Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prestigious law firm in Century City to find an experienced Transactional Paralegal II. This position supports the Entertainment, Technology, and Advertising practice groups, handling various transactional duties. This opportunity arises as a replacement for a valued team member who is retiring.
Responsibilities
Stationed in the Century City office.
Supports the Entertainment, Technology, and Advertising practice groups.
Responsible for filing security documents, conducting due diligence, managing closing processes, and negotiating the signatory process with the guilds.
Qualifications
4 - 7+ years of transactional experience, preferably in the entertainment industry.
Paralegal Certificate is required.
Experience can be from a law firm, entertainment studio, or similar industry.
Required Work Hours
The position involves working 7.5-hour days, ideally from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Benefits
Eligible to enroll in benefits starting on the 31st day of service. The position includes a transportation stipend that can be used towards parking or public transportation, covering the cost of parking in the office with a little extra leftover.
