Adams & Martin Group is seeking an Estate Planning Legal Assistant to join a law firm in Downtown Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model (4x per week onsite).
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to estate planning.
Manage communication between clients, attorneys, and relevant parties.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
Conduct legal research and compile information.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date.
Assist team with estate planning procedures and processes.
Process attorney reimbursements and client invoices.
Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and processing invoices.
Position Requirements:
2+ years of legal administrative assistant experience supporting estate planning attorneys.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in grammar and proofreading.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification in a related field is a plus.
