Job Description:

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Legal Assistant to support a law firm in the North Metro on a temporary basis. This is a temporary opportunity with an onsite work model anticipated to last 1-2 months. Our client is seeking an individual to start as soon as possible. Successful candidates will have at least 1+ years of experience as a legal assistant, ideally in family law or civil litigation.



The Legal Assistant's responsibilities include:

• Coordinating, scheduling, and calendaring meetings and deadlines.


• Performing investigative research and administrative tasks.


• Preparing and filing documents with relevant agencies and courts as needed.


• Communicating with attorneys, paralegals, clients, and other stakeholders.


• Assisting with organizing and maintaining electronic and physical case files.


• Data entry and database management.


• Performing any additional duties as needed under the direction of paralegals and attorneys.
