Overview
Dumping and spreading fresh/frozen product onto moving conveyor.
Responsibilities
- Ability to dump product weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively using two hands onto a continually moving conveyor. You must dump the product onto the line when you hear the buzzer sound. Product will come in boxes or totes. Boxes will need to be opened and contents dumped onto conveyor. You will use the plastic bag surrounding the product to spread product evenly, do not let hands touch raw product at any time. Train backup personnel. You will move the product to and from by forklift/palletjack. Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Follows established equipment Lockout/Tagout procedures as required
Qualifications
- Prefer High School Diploma/GED
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable
- Self-driven
- Minimal Supervision
- Forklift/Palletjack Certification
