2025 Hiring Range: $25.32 to $28.21
2025 Pay Range: $25.32 to $30.14
*2025 Performance-based Pay Opportunity: Up to $33.75

The City of Brainerd is recruiting a Police Records Management Technician for the Police
Department. Qualifications for the position include:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Two years of related experience as determined by management. Secondary education
coursework in office practices or law enforcement can substitute for up to one-half of the experience required.
Satisfactory completion of Department of Public Safety background examination including fingerprint background check.
Completes and maintains department required training and certifications within required time frames.
Notary Public Certification, including E-Notarization Authority, may be required.
Previous law enforcement records management and transcription experience is desirable.
