The Foot & Ankle and Trauma Product Management team in Naples, Florida is responsible for all upstream and downstream development for all foot and ankle specific products across the Arthrex portfolio. We are searching for an Intern pursuing a degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering or Product Development to support the F&A and Trauma Product Development team in Naples, Florida. The successful candidate will support the product management team with primary and secondary research on key product development tasks, brand management support and the ability to use interpersonal skills with key surgeon customers and business stake holders.

This internship will run from May 2025 - August 2025. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.

Main Objective:

To support the Foot & Ankle and Trauma Product Management team with market research and brand management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research.


• Create surveys, analyze the findings and identify data trends.


• Participate in product development cadaver labs.


• Produce and deliver PowerPoint presentations.


• Assist with post marketing collateral creation.

Education and Experience:

• Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably in Business or Engineering. A college junior or senior is strongly preferred. (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)


• Ability to work with cadaveric specimens is highly advantageous.


• Knowledge of human anatomy highly preferred.


• Strong presentation skills preferred.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
