Customer Experience Center Facilitator




Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of our Indianapolis Elevance Health PulsePoint location.


The Experience Center Customer Briefing Manager will be responsible for collaborating with Client Management teams to create and facilitate memorable, hyper-personalized and perception shifting customer experiences in our Indianapolis Innovation Customer Experience Center. Anthem's experience Center is leveraged to communicate our value, and deepen our customer relationships through immersive, interactive, and hyper-personalized experiences.



How you will make an impact:



  • Facilitate customer sales strategy sessions: Act as a consultant to sales executives by defining customer event engagement objectives, creating purpose-driven agendas and recommending appropriate experiences and event content based on sales executive defined goals.

  • Prior to customer engagement event: Develop run of show of show, reviews/approves creative briefs developed by Content Producer, work alongside customer engagement producer to conduct quality reviews of all final content.

  • Partners with the briefing event planner to confirm hospitality logistics for each engagement.

  • Facilitates sales engagement events, including:

  • Welcome: facilitate introductions, validate objectives, and introduce discussion leaders.

  • Monitors conversations and adeptly intervenes to keep conversations on track with customer and account team objectives.

  • Summarizes between topics, notes action items, recaps, and closes briefing.

  • Supports development of promotional strategy, partner with Experience Center Program Dir, marketing and Corp Comm. and PR to develop and implement robust plans to drive awareness and demand for Experience Center visits.

  • Collaborates with the Briefing Director to track and socialize results from client briefings.




Minimum Requirements:



Requires a BA/BS in related field and minimum of 8 years briefing and/or event management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Strong attention to detail, and an appropriate sense of urgency, prioritization, and tenacity.

  • Experience balancing multiple high-priority projects

  • Must have experience successfully navigating complex organizations and effectively coordinating work among a broad range of colleagues, consultants, and vendors.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead people over whom you have little or no authority

  • Candidate should maintain a professional and polished appearance appropriate for representing our company and program.

  • A collaborative approach - must be a great partner to your cross-functional teammates.

  • A growth mindset - being curious and receptive to feedback and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment is strongly preferred.
