WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As our Operations and Lien Analyst, you will be one of the primary members providing the data to help improve business functions and drive company success. You will be tasked with producing a wide range of reports and models that will be used by our management teams, in addition to preparing budgets, assisting store members, and establishing and maintaining best practice procedures. You will also be responsible for timely and accurate lien filings and/or foreclosure on projects as necessary to induce payment and protect the company’s right to be paid. You will work for the Rental Department, and closely with the Regional Management Teams, Credit and Collections Department, and the company designated Lien Service Provider to ensure compliance with each state’s Construction Lien Law requirements. To thrive in this role, you must love problem-solving, analyzing data, and developing creative solutions to problems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compensation: $26.07-37.80/hr (Depending on Experience)
