POSITION SUMMARY:
The Field Research Specialist will collect and analyze heavy duty vehicle and equipment data that will be consumed by a variety of customer-facing and internal applications. The Field Research Specialist will utilize their industry knowledge to collect data while observing proper safety protocols. In addition, the Field Research Specialist utilizes strong interpersonal and communication skills applied to strengthening customer relationships and mentoring team members.
