JOB DESCRIPTION
The Employee Relations Representative is a part of the Employee Relations team within North America Human Resources. This position is responsible for administering the pre-employment background screening process, handling medical accommodation escalations and responding to HR Policy questions with an emphasis on time off policies. Further, this position will perform various Employee Relations functions and help the Employee Relations Specialists with Employee Relations cases and employee investigations.
This role can sit in any of our Chubb office locations in the US.
