Your new role
As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, enforce safety protocols, and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders. This will be an initial 2-year-long Elevator Modernization project based in Fort Belvoir.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in the federal sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
