Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Financial Analyst to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) activities. The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society’s most challenging health problems. In support of ARPA-H and their mission, SA employees will exceed client expectations with high integrity and focused attention to milestones.

Roles and responsibilities:
Provide support in budget planning and execution to assist with strategy implementation.
Provide support in budget planning and execution to assist with strategy implementation.
Respond to data calls from PATIO leadership and technical staff.
Develop tools to manage program finances.

Experience required:
Experience with federal government financial regulations and providing budgetary and financial management support required. Experience with ARPA budget processes and requisitions highly preferred.

Qualification Requirements:

Education
Bachelors Degree, Accounting, Finance, business degree

Clearance
HHS, NIH Public Trust (Ability to obtain)

Experience
7 or more years of Budget and Financial experience
