Job Description:

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial estimating experience.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.


• Ability to solicit and scope subcontractors.


• Capability to prepare bids ranging from $1M to $30M.


• Comprehensive understanding of all CSI divisions.


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience and Skills:

• Experience with hard bidding, CM budgeting, and GMP preparation.


• Familiarity with projects in retail, power centers, grocery stores, medical facilities, offices, multi-family housing, religious facilities, schools, and institutional work.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Strong time management and organizational techniques.


• Extensive construction knowledge.


• A degree in construction is preferred.
