URGENT : My client needs TWO Superintendents with Multifamily background

• The project is 480 units and 7 stories.


• $90 million project has a 20-month schedule.


• The project has just broken ground.

You will be rewarded with the following :

• To $150,000 per annum + 401k, Health benefits, Medical, Dental, FSA, and HSA


• Vacation / Sick time / Holiday pay


• Ownership of company equity
