This program immerses students into the daily operation of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast's top innovators. The student becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units.

Xfinity Growth, Innovation, and Experience drives business growth and customer engagement with emphasis on how Xfinity takes its products and services to market - and delivering a reliable, end-to-end experience to our customers, no matter which market or region they live in. XGIE teams are responsible for Xfinity brand and product strategy, including its video, broadband, voice, home, and mobile products, as well as consumer sales and marketing, digital platforms, and data intelligence.
The NOW Growth team partners with key stakeholders across the organization to grow & evolve the NOW portfolio by improving the overall employee and customer experience. Designed to give customers a different option to Xfinity post-paid offerings, NOW is a flexible, pre-paid product line backed by Xfinity and Xfinity Mobile networks.
Role Description

As an analyst Co-op on the NOW Growth team, you will partner across multiple teams to develop operations & performance reports, review customer survey feedback for trends and opportunities, and collaborate with our Care & Digital organizations on identifying operational gaps during customer interactions.
What are some interesting problems the student will work on?
In your role, you will conduct thorough analysis of the sales performance of the NOW portfolio against our targets. Utilize customer surveys to gather feedback & potential opportunities to improve our employee and customer experience.

You'll be working with the best and brightest minds in Comcast while we grow the NOW portfolio. Success in this role is characterized by the ability to work cross functionally to create reports & presentations on NOW performance, to review customer feedback & to identify operational opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provides research and assistance to leadership in the development and design of new projects.
Assists in building a monthly NOW performance & operations reporting packet. Analyze the monthly data to identify trends & opportunities.
Partners with EBI & Performance Insights to enhance the current reporting suite.
Reviews NOW NPS survey verbatims & utilizes customer event and replay tools for trends & identify opportunities to improve the customer and employee experience. Partnering with cross functional teams to explore resolutions.
Partners with EBI research teams to identify opportunities in specific areas of the customer and employee experiences.
Analyzes customer contact & chat trends with care team to identify issues or routing improvements. Partner cross functionally to explore prioritization of short term & long term enhancements.
Participates in strategic plan development and building of alliances with industry partners as needed to achieve product growth objectives.
Assists in the development and implementation of core business, competitive and new product marketing plans and strategies to achieve all subscriber and revenue growth goals.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting March 31, 2025 through September 19, 2025.
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)
