What are some interesting problems the student will work on?

In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategy, development, and operations. You will collaborate with internal teams to identify and analyze business opportunities as it relates to building and/or managing our Access network, participate in the requirements gathering and documentation process, and work alongside our senior Product Managers to develop solutions and roadmaps. Additionally, you will partner with our project teams to create and execute project plans, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively within the targeted work groups.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Product Strategy and Planning:

  • Assist in developing product strategies and roadmaps.

  • Help define product vision and goals in alignment with company objectives.

  • Requirements:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements.

  • Document and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value and customer needs.

  • Project Management:

  • Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of product features.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and remove roadblocks.

  • Assist in creating and maintaining project plans and documentation.

  • Stakeholder Communication:

  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on product development and gather feedback.

  • Prepare and present product updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.

  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting March 31, 2025 through September 19, 2025.

  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs

  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)
