Job Description:

The Solution Architect - SAC will manage the successful design and delivery of solutions for their assigned business partner groups using Agile methodologies.

What will you do?


  • Define and design target state omni-channel customer journeys to address most significant opportunity areas for improved customer experience, customer growth and differentiation through personalization and automation.

  • Lead the delivery of complex projects that deliver value to the business and foster an environment of continuous improvement.

  • Facilitate Agile team ceremonies and effectively guide team to achieve project goals.

  • Ensure Agile methodologies are being followed while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures.

  • Serve as the primary resource for any issues, roadblocks, and risks and hold responsibility for their resolution.

  • Effectively create and deliver presentations and reports to management team, communicating product and/or initiative status.

  • Work toward a balance between growing the agility required to achieve business objectives and ensuring the core IT functions are reliable, stable and efficient.

  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned business groups and IT colleagues to develop a clear understanding of business needs; ensure cost-effective delivery of IT services to meet those needs and responds with agility to changing business priorities.

  • Work and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and contacts to foster a business-oriented culture to ensure alignment between IT and the business functions and to directly contribute to Mosaic's goals and objectives.

  • Lead, develop and coach the assigned Application Delivery team to continually improve IT capabilities necessary to increase performance of the organization. Provide timely and constructive feedback on a regular basis to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, and the business. Manage performance issues when necessary. Work with employees on their career development plans.

  • Lead the team to adopt agile development methodologies to deliver required services to the business.

  • Foster a business-oriented culture and mindset within the assigned Application Delivery team driven by a continual service improvement approach.

  • Other job duties and projects as assigned.


What do you need for this role?


  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems or related area is required.

  • 8+ years of combined experience in digital product or customer-experience management experience and Information Technology roles.

  • 5+ years of handson project experience in the design, development, and delivery of business process solutions.

  • 3+ years of team leadership or management experience with a focus on the delivery of business process solutions including new processes, new functions, and solutions.

  • Proven in defining solution strategies, building business cases, analyzing systems requirements, developing process maps and swim lanes, designing, and prototyping solutions, defining testing requirements, defining support procedures, and implementing practical solutions.

  • Excellent understanding of other core and enabling processes and technologies.

  • Ability to provide oversight across multiple initiatives or projects.

  • Excellent verbal, written, listening and presentation communication skills

  • Ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding

  • Strong leader that possesses a hands-on, led by example approach

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization

  • Proficient with SAP ECC and Salesforce.com

  • Strong experience with digital capabilities and solutions, including technology expertise around top personalization platforms, tools, and processes

  • Experience with an Agile operating model preferred
