Postdoctoral Associate in the School of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmacy & Therapeutics, University of Pittsburgh
The School of Pharmacy is recruiting for a Medical Affairs Postdoctoral Associate position. This 2-year postdoctoral position is a collaboration between the PharmacoAnalytics program at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy, Indivior, and UPMC Presbyterian Rx Center for Outcomes Research and Practice Implementation Excellence (RxCORE).
The Postdoctoral Associate will participate in ongoing initiatives that include:
• Building a research foundation through didactic coursework in the online MS in PharmacoAnalytics – Pharmaceutical Outcomes Research
• Conducting pharmacoanalytic outcomes research that may include using large claims databases or electronic medical records to assess comparative effectiveness and cost analysis.
• Leading projects at RxCORE in both years of the fellowship
• Leading projects to support strategy at Indivior in the 2nd year of the fellowship
The candidate must have a PharmD. The individual should be highly motivated and willing to work on collaborative research projects. They will be responsible for independently developing, analyzing, and completing outcomes research studies.
