Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Development, this role is instrumental in shaping the future of our organization by leading acquisitions and delivering strategic insights to the executive leadership team.
M&A is at the heart of our growth strategy. As a key member of our Corporate Development team, you will take ownership of global transactions, collaborate on high-profile projects, and support our mission of expanding through strategic investments. From deal sourcing to post-acquisition integration, your contributions will directly impact the company's success.
What You'll Do
Strategic Deal Sourcing:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investment banks, advisors, and key industry stakeholders.
Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities, leveraging deep market insights to assess competitive landscapes.
Due Diligence and Investment Leadership:
Lead comprehensive due diligence processes, ensuring thorough evaluation of financial, operational, and strategic aspects.
Partner with external advisors and internal teams to deliver high-quality analyses and recommendations.
Financial Excellence:
Design and refine sophisticated financial models, including LBO models and valuation scenarios.
Conduct sensitivity analyses and validate key assumptions to provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Transaction Execution and Integration:
Take the lead in structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions that align with our strategic vision.
Partner with legal and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and post-acquisition success.
Beyond Transactions:
Contribute to divestitures, capital markets strategies, portfolio analytics, and other strategic initiatives that enhance organizational growth and efficiency.
What You'll Bring
Experience: 6-10+ years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a related field, with a track record of successful deal execution.
Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or Business is highly preferred.
Skills: Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking, deep expertise in negotiating and closing deals, and the ability to lead complex processes from start to finish.
