Market Leader Mission & Responsibilities:
Community Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships within the local community to drive customer acquisition.
Organize and participate in community events to increase brand visibility and foster customer connections.
Store Operations & Management:Create and maintain an energetic and welcoming store environment that attracts and retains customers.
Ensure smooth and efficient store operations, including maintaining high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
Team Leadership:Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of 5-7 individuals.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to empower team members to excel in their roles.
Foster a positive and productive team environment.
Financial Management:Analyze store performance data (e.g., sales reports, P&L statements) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Market Management:Collaborate with retail leadership to address challenges, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement.
Proactively identify and implement innovative solutions to achieve business goals.
What A Successful Market Leader Brings to the Table:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
2-3 years of experience in sales, fitness, hospitality, or dining management, with a proven track record of success in profit & loss management and team leadership. Experience managing multiple locations or levels is a plus.
High energy, confident, and outgoing personality with a strong desire to build relationships and exceed expectations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a focus on building strong teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
