We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support for multiple executives. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and team activities.
Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Monitor and respond to emails and other communications on behalf of executives.
Maintain and update filing systems and databases.
Qualifications:
At least 5+ years of proven experience in an Executive Assistant role.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
