Role Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional hands-on leader to drive Fastino's talent acquisition function through our next stage of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a venture-backed startup at an early stage and evolve our talent team into a high-performing, scalable recruitment engine. In this role, you will work closely with the executive team to understand Fastino's needs, define roles, and project manage the hiring process. We are looking for someone exceptionally strategic, with very strong operational skills and the potential to eventually run the talent function at Fastino.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage a detailed hiring roadmap that translates company goals into achievable recruitment targets
Create and implement an agile, data-driven talent strategy to attract and secure world-class talent, using innovative sourcing channels and high-impact processes to accelerate Fastino's growth
Build strong, consultative relationships with leadership, key stakeholders, and hiring managers to foster a consistent, competency-based approach to hiring that reflects Fastino's high standards and core values
Architect a sustainable recruiting engine that continuously yields high-quality hires and proactively builds Fastino's candidate pipeline, leveraging both inbound and outbound strategies
Create and oversee interview and onboarding experiences that are seamless, professional, and highly personalized, setting Fastino apart as a top employer
Conduct ongoing talent market research to stay on top of trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive positioning; adjust strategies to stay ahead in attracting and retaining the best talent
Make the entire Fastino team better recruiters, including brand messaging, hiring manager intake calibration, candidate qualification, debrief decisions, candidate offer generation, and closing
Help build and transmit a welcoming employer brand, promoting our employer value proposition and growing brand awareness
Requirements:
5+ years of in-house recruiting experience in high-growth companies (ideally B2B SaaS)
Ability to handle multiple open roles across departments simultaneously
Highly networked and strong understanding of types of roles and talent we are working with in the LLM & AI infrastructure space
Exceptional interpersonal skills to provide clarity on recruiting vision, strategy and status across the organization
Ability to think outside the box in where to find and how to attract exceptional talent
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
