Job Role and Responsibility:
Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is seeking a Lead Securities Product Manager to lead complex initiatives for financial, client and risk management outcomes for Securities Product Management. Identify the origination, modeling, portfolio management, and all risk management including compliance and operational risk. Review and analyze complex business and operational objectives that require in-depth evaluation. Complete work in accordance with all risk management, compliance, and business process expectations. Make decisions requiring solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Conduct due diligence and portfolio administration as necessary and provide in-depth research on relevant industry trends. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or related field.
7 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving business systems analysis or design experience.
Specific skills required:
Knowledge of the Interest Rates, Commodities and/or CVA Sales and Trading business
Experience in product development or change management capacity as a lead or influencer
Experience in communicating effectively, in both written and verbal formats, at all levels of the organization, including senior executive-level leadership
Experience working and influencing successfully within a matrix environment, and building effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Experience with Agile practices and frameworks, such as Kanban or Scrum, and workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Jira, or Jira Align
Experience with Advanced Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint
Salary: $144,400 - $300,000
