Job Description:

Hire, train, direct, and supervise the activities of the container yard personnel.
Ensure Gate Personnel properly check equipment in and out of the yard and enter container inventory data.
Maintain accurate inventory of the equipment in the yard. Inventory should be done at A.M. every Monday and Thursday.
Ensure the safety and security of individuals, vehicles, and equipment in the container yard. Monitor the security cameras for the Container Yard and address issues.
Ensure each lot attendant shift is properly covered and make required changes to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Attend and contribute to Driver Quarterly Safety meetings, Quarterly Manager's meetings, and Bi-weekly Managers' meetings.
