RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnosis. Assess and diagnose acute illnesses and minor injuries; perform physicals and implement treatment plan; monitor response for acute and chronic medical conditions; select and order appropriate diagnostic and health maintenance procedures. Establish a plan of patient care.
Treatment. Prescribe medication and immunization agents, perform minor procedures and coordinate treatment; provide health education and guidance regarding treatment. Effectively communicates with administration, peers, and other professionals.
Education. Participates in the education of students, both clinically and didactically. Identifies and prioritizes teaching and learning needs of students. Attends clinical seminars, lectures, meetings, and conferences to increase knowledge base.

MS: Nursing (Required)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

NP - Nurse Practitioner Certification - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
PAY RANGE: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
