ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS

As a global supplier of solder technologies, fluxes, cleaners and other attachment materials for the electronics assembly industry, we develop innovative materials that join electronic circuits in high volume device manufacturing. Our high-performing interconnect materials are used to assemble consumer electronics from circuit boards, discrete electronic components, connectors and integrated circuit substrates.

Who are we looking for?

The primary purpose of this position is to provide global technical direction to develop new processes, and optimize existing processes to improve product quality and process safety and reduce cost in Nano products & chemical processes. In addition this position is responsible for the coordination of the standardization of the processes across the globe for the products mentioned above.

What will you be doing?

This position is charged with working with the various global, internal and external, departments to maintain relationships that allows constant communication and feedback to promote continuous improvement.

The strategic focus of this position is to:

  • Manage/coordinate new improvement projects.
  • Work with multifunctional teams and local leadership to complete process improvement projects and implement at all paste manufacturing sites.

Who are You?

To successfully accomplish the essential duties of this job the incumbent of this position must possess a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering and have >11 years relevant experience. Or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and have > 15 years relevant experience.
