Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Project Manager
Position type: Contract
Duration: 10 Months
Location: Remote
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of governance frameworks around business application development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating engagement models, implementing roadmaps, and project plans with a focus on compliance and policy adherence.
As a Project Manager you will:
- Assist in Developing and implementing governance frameworks for business application development.
- Create and manage engagement models to ensure effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Design and execute implementation roadmaps for business applications.
- Develop detailed project plans, including meeting cadences and timelines.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review project status and address any issues.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of compliance and policy requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: 86,500$ - 101,500$ Per Year
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
