Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
Greet guests warmly and provide information about the hotel's services, amenities, and facilities.
Handle guest inquiries and provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
Reservations and Bookings:
Assist guests with restaurant reservations, event tickets, transportation arrangements, and tour bookings.
Coordinate special requests, such as spa appointments, babysitting services, or gift deliveries.
Problem-Solving:
Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide alternative solutions when initial requests cannot be fulfilled.
Local Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and services.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and service providers.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs.
Communicate effectively with the front desk, housekeeping, and other teams.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of guest requests and services provided.
Update and manage concierge databases and resources.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree preferred).
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (concierge or front desk experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of the local area, including attractions and dining options.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range
$26.00 - $27.00/hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills and job specific experience/overall experience.
