We are looking for a Customer Relations AssociateAs customer relations associate, you will be the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and will assist with collecting, tracking, and analyzing customer feedback. Track key metrics to evaluate brand performance in customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams to implement enhancements and improve the overall customer journey and experience.Customer Response – Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries ensuring consistent messaging and timely turnaround. Manage customer expectations and alleviate concerns through open dialogue and an outward mindset. Escalate responses as appropriate and provide follow-up support as needed.Customer Experience – Maintain a cooperative working relationship with customers, prospects, partners, employees, contractors, visitors, and guests. View customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty as the ultimate indicators of Noble’s success.
