Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM



Job Overview:

Beacon Hill's client is seeking three Customer Service Representatives to join their team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls with parents regarding account balances, providing clear and professional support. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate sensitive financial discussions with empathy and efficiency.


This is an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity that is onsite in Edina, MN.



Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from parents regarding account balances.


• Place outgoing calls to provide account updates and payment options.


• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.


• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer service experience.


• Background in medical billing and insurance eligibility is required.
