Group Summary:



The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.


Recognized globally as an innovator in all aspects of vehicle exteriors, Magna provides everything needed, from materials development and design through manufacturing and assembly, to help automakers create sleek, state-of-the-art vehicles across the world.



Job Responsibilities:

• File HR related paperwork in employee files.


• Issuance of all employee performance reviews.


• Maintain and Track Perfect Attendance Program.


• Maintain door card access to plant.


• Maintain birthday card, flowers and baby basket program.


• Maintain and track locker registrations.


• Schedule outside Employee Discount Programs. (ie, Verizon Wireless, Charter One Bank, Sams Club, Costco, etc.) from time to time.


• Process and track all tuition reimbursement requests.


• Process and track all unemployment claims.


• Process and track all medical leave and lay-off insurance and optional life premium payments.


• Maintain salaried vacation balances.


• Coordinate Human Resource projects as assigned by Human Resources Manager.
