Job Overview

The Sales Operations Specialist will work with and support the Sales Operations Account Manager with daily tasks and responsibilities. The Coordinator will assist with the project details and communicate with GLC's departments: Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, QA, etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Operations team in the development of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations.
• Assist in the development of presentations, spreadsheets, managing time lines and internal and external communications concerning developing new items, expanding product lines and launching new solutions.
• Participate and keep detailed notes in strategy and planning meetings.
• Use sales data analysis for project review and program plan development.

• All GLC employees are expected to perform any assignment or job task according to the stated safety policies and procedures .
• All GLC employees are expected to produce our products in a manner that exceeds the quality and value expectation of our customers and consumers by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices, Policies and Procedures outlined in our Safe Quality Food Program.

• Other as needed responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year project coordination/management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
• Sales background.
• Cheese, dairy or food experience.
• Strong sense of professionalism and discretion
• Exceptional organization/prioritization skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel experience
• Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (listening, written and phone skills).
• Excellent planning and follow-up skills.

Working Conditions

• Work is performed in an office setting.

• Occasional exposure to industrial operations including: temperature extremes from approximately 35°F to 100°F; noise levels in excess of 85 dB; moisture and moving machinery.
