Position: Travel Coordinator




Overview:



We're looking for a customer-focused Travel Coordinator to provide exceptional support for travelers. This role involves assisting guests with bookings, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience through prompt and professional service.



Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 30-50 calls daily, assisting with travel arrangements and documentation.


• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.


• Stay informed on international travel requirements (visas, passports, etc.).


• Guide clients in uploading necessary travel documents.


• Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues.


• Provide patient, professional support, especially in escalated situations.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or restaurant preferred).


• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple systems.


• Experience in senior/retirement communities is a plus.

  Pay: $19-$21/hr

  Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5:30 PM

  Location: 100% in-office (Edina)
