This is a long-term, full-time, hybrid (2-3 days/wk in office) position located in Queens, NY.
Responsibilities
Prepare and coordinate monthly progress reports and ad hoc reports in collaboration with project task leaders.
Provide support to discipline leads (cost, schedule, and contracts) with various project controls functions as needed.
Prepare and deliver reports on project progress, scheduling, budgeting, construction costs, and contractor performance for both short- and long-term planning purposes.
Coordinate and develop monthly progress and ad hoc reports in collaboration with project task leaders.
Support discipline leads (cost, schedule, and contracts) with project controls functions, including scope, schedule, and budget management.
Assist with the development and review of construction and CPM schedules to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Evaluate and process contract payment requests on a monthly basis, including cost estimation and management of change orders.
Manage and organize project documentation to support project controls and change order management efforts.
Research project documentation (e.g., plan sets) to define project milestones and sequencing.
Read and analyze project diaries to assign WBS codes and assist in creating as-built CPM schedules.
Assist with issue resolution and claims documentation to support project success and compliance.
Ensure consistent and accurate reporting to the Program Controls Manager.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4+ years experience in a similar role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Previous work experience in heavy civil construction.
Beginner to intermediate proficiency with Primavera P6.
Experience with SAP and ICMS software programs.
Compensation Details
The salary range listed for this role is $62k-$104k/yr ($30-$50/hr). The final salary offered is based on multiple factors and is thoughtfully aligned with each candidates level of experience, breadth of skills, total education achieved, certifications/licenses that have been obtained, etc.
