The administrative officer's duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Work closely with local drivers. Using our existing tools to find loads, schedule and dispatch to the driver.
Knowledge of basic software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to learn new software including user friendly dispatch software.
