Job Description:

We are seeking a talented UX Architect to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative digital products while collaborating with a passionate group of professionals.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate as part of an Agile Product Team to design and implement exceptional user experiences.


• Translate end-user requirements into customer journeys and holistic product experiences.


• Deliver functional, user-focused designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual design specifications.


• Utilize contemporary design tools, such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, to create engaging interfaces.


• Present and communicate design concepts and goals to team members and stakeholders.


• Participate in user interviews and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.


• Apply and update existing brand standards to ensure consistency across digital products.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design or a related field.


• Strong knowledge of user experience best practices and interactive design principles.


• Proficiency in design and prototyping software, particularly Figma.


• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.


• Ability to problem-solve and work independently within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with product teams, Scrum Masters, and QA Engineers.


• Familiarity with design systems and responsive design principles.


• Background in visual design, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
