Job Description:
ERIE COUNTYFT Clerical Specialist OMJ - Job and
Family Services
High school graduate or equivalent. Ability to carry out written and oral
instructions. Ability to
define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to apply principles to solve practical,
everyday problems
dealing with a variety of variables. Knowledge
of budgeting, public
relations, office practices, and procedures,
interviewing, income
maintenance programs, agency practices, and
regulations. Ability to deal with a large number of
variables and determine specific courses of action on basis of need. Ability to gather, collate,
