St. Leonard has an exciting opportunity for a full-time, experienced Human Resource Generalist to join the team of dedicated professionals committed to advancing the Mission, Vision, and Values of our Catholic health care ministry.
Pay Range: $22.00-$26.00
As a key member of the HR team, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Administers assigned benefits/employee relation programs in collaboration with the Director of Human Resources.
Completes workers' compensation requirements in accordance with Federal, State, and facility regulations.
Responds to unemployment claims in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Ensure excellent employee relations through timely and transparent communication with employees
Completes onboarding process for all new hires.
Maintains employee postings and department documentation.
Ensure complete and compliant electronic employee personnel records
Provide coverage in the Human Resources Department in the absence of the Director of Human Resources.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
To accomplish these goals, the successful candidate will have:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred required.
Previous Human Resources or Health Care experience preferred.
Team player with ability to work independently as needed.
Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write and produce reports.
