Looking to break into a career in Human Resources? In this role, you'll assist our recruiters with ensuring candidates receive and complete the necessary new hire paperwork and I9 needed to work for us.
Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between recruiting department and hiring candidate to ensure completion of on-boarding process
Data entry
Submit new hire paperwork and I9 form to hiring candidates
Submit background checks and/or drug test requirements
Submit New Hire Reports to recruiting department
Work within software programs such as Microsoft Office & ICMS HRIS system
Other various administrative duties deemed necessary by HR Supervisor
Requirements
Strong data entry skills
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
Strong attention to detail
Able to meet time-sensitive deadlines
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office software - specifically Excel
