Job title:Application Programmer Associate Job duties: Implement both front-end and back-end functionalities Gather user requirements for requested application features, improvements, etc. Resolve applications bugs, issues, defects, etc. Applications performance optimization and improvement. API (Application Programming Interface) development needed for interaction with web, iOS and Android apps. Maintain web applications (develop, test, deploy) Design, develop, test, and deploy new web applications Follow best practices Document source code Collaborate with other programmers on the team Education required: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required Experience required: Minimum one year experience, which must include: documenting and testing web applications; developing front-end web interfaces using HTML, CSS, Javascript & Bootstrap, Web apps using Node.js, AngularJS and/or D3.js & database apps such as Microsoft SQL Server, MYSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDS, Python and Tableau.
